Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfilment Times

We ship orders from Monday to Friday.

We always aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

But please allow 1-4 days for fulfilment. 

During peak trading times, season launches or sale periods, there may be delays on fulfilment.

Shipping Costs in Australia:

Standard Shipping - FREE for all orders over $150 (excludes bundle boxes) and a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under. 

Express Shipping - $16.95. There may be additional charges if your order is bulky or your location is remote.

Express Shipping & Priority Fulfilment - $24.95. Your order will skip the queue and be shipped immediately, with regular post. This might be helpful during peak or sale times.

Shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate of $22.95

Other things:

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email a confirmation with all the tracking details included.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.

To keep our rates as low as possible, we use a combination of Australia Post and couriers for all shipping.

Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. 

We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.

Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Snooker by Storme is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You should follow this up with the carrier.

Combining orders:

We cannot guarantee that we are able to combine shipping on any separate orders you make, due to a combination of factors. Please note if you would like any items shipped together ensure they are in the same order. Subsequent orders made will incur separate shipping charges.

Shipping charges are exempt from discount codes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
